2) Only UAE stock is available for cash on delivery.Other countries don’t have free shipping, and there will be extra charges for shipping fees.
3) Our product prices are inclusive of shipping charge fees within the UAE, so return or exchange shipping fees should be paid by customers.

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

We conveniently deliver your orders to your doorstep within the UAE using a third party courier, simply enter your exact delivery information at checkout. In order to deliver your order as quickly and seamlessly we encourage you to complete your delivery information as accurately as possible.

A delivery fee may be applied to your order depending upon the order threshold, please refer to the below table.

Our courier company will get in touch with you ahead of your delivery to confirm your availability. Please note that delivery times might vary depending upon holidays, potential lock down restrictions and periods of high demand such as sales events.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-25 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
